Recipe Sunday's

Well I am back. I needed away for a bit so took a few days and did not think about writing. So I have chosen a video from Jamie Oliver. I enjoy Jamie's attitude towards cooking. I do not use pork in my dishes however as I say "make it your own". So when he uses pork you can use turkey versions or another meat completely. Jamie uses a lot of different herbs and spices which I believe makes a dish, Today is about soups. This is a two part video. The first is a rustic Itallian tomato soup and part of a chicken soup, the second is a fish stew and the finish of the chicken soup. I do not use shell fish but you know what I say! So Bon Appetit!
